Frequently asked questions
Does it replace our tee sheet or booking system?
No. It is a booking form for your website. Bookings arrive in your TeeTime portal and by email, and you enter them in your own system the way you enter a phone booking.
What makes a course a Partner?
Sharing inventory TeeTime can sell to golfers on teetime.net: either your live tee times, published in your portal, or a contract rate agreed with TeeTime. You keep your own form, prices and payments, and the form costs you nothing.
Which languages does it support?
The form is in English and Korean, with Chinese and Japanese coming soon, and prices are shown in the guest’s currency. Emails to guests are in English.
Can we choose which times are bookable?
Yes. Publish live tee times in your portal, take requests only, or both. For each live time you choose whether it is confirmed instantly, held for 24, 48 or 72 hours pending a deposit, or sent to you to answer first.
What if we want to stop?
Remove the line of code from your website. There is no contract and nothing to cancel.
