The course winds through coastal sand dunes, with fairways that rise and fall over natural contours, offering views of the East Sea and the surrounding white-sand beaches. The layout is a true links-style course, reminiscent of those in Scotland, with firm, fast fairways and minimal tree cover. Golfers face challenges from the natural dune formations, strategic bunkering, and the ever-present sea breeze, which demands precise shot-making and adaptability. The par-4 15th hole stands out, playing downhill toward the ocean, with bunkers lining the fairway and requiring an accurate tee shot to set up a manageable approach. The course features meticulously maintained Zoysia fairways and TifEagle Bermuda greens, ensuring consistent playing surfaces.
