Do I need to pay when booking?
It depends on the course. Most courses hold their own tee sheet, so we authorise your card when you book and charge it only once the course confirms your time. A small number let us book live — there the tee time is confirmed and paid at checkout. The course page tells you which applies before you pay.
How long does confirmation take?
Most tee times are confirmed within a few hours. You will receive an email notification once your booking is confirmed with your exact tee time.
What if the tee time is unavailable?
If your requested time is unavailable, your card will not be charged. We will contact you with alternative times at the same course or suggest similar courses.
Can I modify or cancel my booking?
Yes. You can modify or cancel your booking through your account. Cancellation policies vary by course but most allow free cancellation up to 24-48 hours before your tee time.
What happens after I book?
After booking, your reservation goes to the golf course for confirmation. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with your exact tee time, booking confirmation code, and course details.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a leading payment processor. We never store your complete card details on our servers.
Can I reschedule to a different date?
Yes. You can request to reschedule your booking to a different date and time. If there is a price difference, you will only pay the difference. Note that rescheduling locks you into your current cancellation tier.
What if I need to add or remove players?
You can request amendments to your booking (players, club rentals, spectators) through your account. If the change increases the price, you will only pay the difference.
Do you offer transfers to the course?
Yes. At selected courses you can add a private round-trip transfer from your hotel when you book. The car is private to your group, the driver waits for your whole round, and we set the pickup time from your tee time.
Why do some courses confirm instantly and others take a few hours?
Most courses keep their tee sheet themselves, so we send your request over and confirm as soon as they reply — usually within a few hours. A small number let us book live, and those are confirmed the moment you check out. Each course page says which it is.
When exactly is my card charged?
On a request booking your card is authorised when you book and charged only after the course confirms. At an instant-confirmation course you are charged at checkout, because the tee time is reserved there and then. If the course cannot take your time, you are not charged at all.
Is there a deadline to pay once my booking is confirmed?
Payment is due by 3pm local time the day before you play. If your booking is confirmed after that point we will ask for payment upfront instead, so a late confirmation never leaves the course holding an unpaid tee time.
What is included in the green fee?
It varies by course, and each course page lists what its price covers. Most include a shared cart and a private caddie. A private cart is usually available for an extra fee — ask us when you book and we will add it.
How is a golf package different from booking tee times?
A tee time is a single round you book and pay for online. A package is the whole trip — hotel, several rounds, airport pickup and a private car to every course — put together by a person. Packages are not booked online: you send a request and we come back with a quote, usually the same day.
Is the package price final?
No. It is an indicative per-person estimate based on the party size shown beside it. The transfers are charged per vehicle and split between you, so the price per head moves with the size of the group. Send us your dates and numbers and we will quote the real figure.
Can I change the courses in a package?
Yes. The rounds shown are a worked example, not a fixed inclusion. Swap any of them for another course in the area, add a round or drop one, and we will price the trip around what you actually want to play.
Can I book a package for two players, or for eight?
Any group size. The estimate on the page assumes the party size printed beside it; rooms and vehicles are shared, so the price per person changes with the group. Tell us how many are playing and we will quote it for that number.
Are transfers included?
In a package, yes — airport pickup and drop-off, plus a private round-trip car to every round. On a single tee-time booking a transfer is an optional extra you can add at checkout at selected courses.
Can I book a transfer without a tee time?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we will arrange it — transfers to a course and airport pickups both, whether or not you booked your golf with us.
