The Ocean Course, stretching 7,400 yards, combines parkland and links-style elements, featuring undulating fairways and rugged bunkers lined with native grasses. Tee boxes extend up to 100 meters on some holes, allowing for varied setups and strategic play. The Garden Course, at 7,200 yards, draws inspiration from Melbourne's Sandbelt region, with sandy bunkers adjacent to greens and strategically placed water hazards, demanding precise shots. Both courses are grassed with Zoysia varieties, chosen for their environmental benefits and playability.
