Located on Tuan Chau Island in Ha Long Bay, Tuan Chau Golf Resort offers views of the UNESCO-listed limestone karsts and the surrounding sea. The course is set on reclaimed land, with half of its holes bordering the bay, providing a coastal backdrop throughout the round. The 18-hole, par-72 course, designed by Pacific Coast Design, stretches 7,338 yards and features rolling fairways, over 100 small pot bunkers, and large undulating greens. Water hazards are present on all but two holes, and several large beach bunkers and palm trees add to the challenge. Notably, the final four holes, known as the "Chicken Run," include three par-4s and one par-5 that play over and along the water, testing players as they complete their rounds. Floodlights illuminate every hole, allowing for late afternoon starts or night golf. The course is easily walkable, with short distances between adjacent holes and only minor elevation changes.
