Vietnam Golf & Country Club lies just 20 kilometers northeast of central Ho Chi Minh City, nestled within a lush, tree-lined landscape. The course is enveloped by dense woodlands, offering golfers a serene environment away from the city's bustle. The club features two 18-hole championship courses: the East Course and the West Course. The East Course, designed by Lee Trevino, presents a challenging layout with narrow fairways and strategically placed bunkers, demanding precision off the tee. The West Course, crafted by Chen King Shih, offers wider fairways but incorporates water hazards on several holes, testing both accuracy and course management skills. The club has hosted notable tournaments, including the Vietnam Open in 1995 and 1997, and the Hana Bank Vietnam Masters in 2008, where Thongchai Jaidee clinched victory in a playoff.
